founded with the purpose of making the search, purchase and sale of real estate a

just on a local level. It is our aim to provide a store-front or shop where buyers can

where you want to live, you can leave your search open until you do. If you know you want
to live in a particular community or neighborhood, the site allows you to use those

transaction, we feel sellers fear the costs of selling their home. They want to be able to
gain the maximum exposure to help sell their home quickly, while at a reasonable fee. We
do our very best to accomodate this need by providing a variety of choices for those

Bottom line is that we want to make this
experience as easy, enjoyable and efficient as it can be whether you are a buying,
selling or just looking around. That is why we have our site backed by the service you

assistance. We are a hybrid real estate firm in that we offer the online access, but also
provide quality traditional representation that people demand and deserve. The best of

Lastly, we want to reiterate that we are a local
real estate company and we are owned by people who know Denver. Our company President,
Michael Baker, is a 34 year old Denver native with 8 years of real estate and internet
experience. He graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1994 with a
Bachelor's Degree in Economics. He lived in San Francisco and Europe for two years each,
in varying business capacities, but always felt like there was only one place to call
