OVERVIEW
The building was originally constructed in 1909 and housed the Brecht Chocolate
company. It was later used starting in the 1960's by the Acme Co. for the manufacturing of
fabrics. In 1992 the building was converted to residential lofts and the developer did an
amazing job by maintaing the original brick walls, large timber beams and wood flooring.
Each loft is unique in style and finish but all are constant with their urban loft feel of
city living. There is also views of the city and mountains from the common use rooftop
deck and the location is central to restaraunts, sports venues, and other great
