OVERVIEW

The Colonnade Apartment building was constructed in 1902 by architect Charles Quayle. It was among Denver’s fist apartment buildings and it incorporated elegant features such as leaded and frosted European glass and fireplaces. Charles Quayle designed much of early Denver, including more than 25 school buildings. This is one of the few remaining buildings in Denver that was constructed by the Quayles. The renovation took place in 1998. The units have a true loft look with exposed brick, high ceilings and georgous hardwood floors. The location allows quick access to all of the happenings of downtown as well as walking distance to many shops and restraunts. Parking is unique to each unit, some have reserved some do not. Regardless this is some of the best pricing per square foot in all of the downtown neighborhoods.
