| Englewood, like Littleton, is one of the southern suburbs with an old downtown
established in the 1800s along Broadway. Also like Littleton, it has a small-town appeal.
But it's closer to Denver, and its business corridor along S. Santa Fe Drive on the city's
west side is home to hundreds of manufacturing, industrial and service companies. Homes
are smaller, frame structures. On the city's east side, it borders Cherry Hills Village.
It now boasts a Light Rail station at the all new Civic Center where the old Cinderalla
Mall once stood. The Civic Center has shopping and new condos and rentals. Great location
for an easy commute to downtown Denver. Facts
