Buy Package - (low cost) - 4.8%*
If you engage our services to sell your home in addition to having us represent you as a
Buyer's Agent on your purchase, we will charge this low 2% service fee on our side of the
transaction (2.8% will still go to the Buyer's Agent in your sale). With this plan, you
will receive similar service to the Platinum Plan (see below), but at a fraction of the cost.

#1 choice - most cost efficient - seller must be a move up buyer and sign an agreement to
buy using HotSpot Real Estate as agent.
Platinum Plan - 6.0% of the total Sales Price*
In this plan, we will do the following:
- Install a professional For Sale sign in your yard
- Create a customized color brochure for yard and home display
- Help you prepare your home for sale
- Add your home to the MYMLS.com (multiple listing service),
Realtor.com, REColorado.com, Google.com, Homes.com, Craigslist.com and
12 other real
estate submission sites.
- Create a custom web showcase to add to HotSpotRealEstate.com, under the featured
listings section for prominent placement for daily site visitors.
- Hiring a professional Virtual Tour company to come take 360 degree images of your home
- Prepare all applicable disclosure forms to be displayed in our agent packet at your
home.
- Place a lock box on your front door
- Network with all Real Estate Agents/Realtors, working with buyers/prospects that match your
home and that focus on your particular area of town.
- Select mailings to the neighborhood and agents, just listed, price changes etc...including
email and print.
- Online pay per click advertising placements to further market your property
*The Fees listed above for each individual plan
take into consideration that most buyers will purchase represented by a Buyer's Agent or
Transaction Agent who perform their services for 2.8% of the total purchase price. This
commission is traditionally paid by the listing agent through a fee pre-negotiated with
the seller. This is built into each of these packages listed above. If you break it down,
in the Sell/Buy, we are being paid 2%, and in the Platinum, we are being paid 3.2% when a
Buyer's agent is involved. We are also always willing to discuss how we can customize a
