| OVERVIEW The Streetcar Stables was originally built in 1882 and is one of the oldest
historic buildings in downtown Denver. It was originally used by the Denver city Railway
Company to store horses and streetcars. In 1994 it was converted 43 luxury lofts. It's
location is prime for LoDo, just across the street from Union Station in the center of
lower downtowns scene. The first floor of the building is retail with a few restaraunts,
cafe and liquor store. The lower basement hosts parking for owners. The renovation brought
the building up to current modern standards but did not forget to maintain the historical
architectural past. The interiors have heavy timber beams, exposed ductwork, wood floors,
open floorplans, balconies on the upper floors with city and mountain views and large
windows for lots of natural light. The building is premier from top to bottom. A gem in
the city.
