PRICING & PLANs
Custom Homes -
On the western border of Vista Ridge, along the 4th and 5th
fairways, you'll find a spectacular village of custom home sites. The largest homes in the
community, they are expected to range from 3,800 to 6,000 square feet in living area, and
will be priced from the $600s to more than $1 million. Currrently Griffin Marketing is the
custom builder for the community.
Single Family Homes -
Vista Ridge will have approximately 1,250 single-family homes, built in 16
different villages and ranging in size from 1,200 to 4,000 square feet. Builders offer
ranch style as well as two-story floorplans, many in new designs created exclusively for
Vista Ridge. Prices range from the low $200s to the $500s. Current builders in this area
include: D.R. Horton, John Laing and Woodcrest.
Townhomes and Condos -
If you're looking forward to more free time in your life and a little less
square footage in your home, then be sure to look at the townhomes and condominiums that
will be built in Vista Ridge. There will be 400-500 of these low-maintenance homes in
several different villages, ranging in size from 1,000 to 2,300 square feet, and priced
from the mid-$100s to the $300s. Construction began early 2004 on Blue Sky at Vista Ridge,
a 408-residence condominium development by Frontier Communities.
FEATURES
Schools
Motivated teachers and involved parents are what
you'll find in the schools attended by the children of Vista Ridge. They're part of the
St.Vrain Valley School District, which has attendance, graduation and standardized test
scores that are consistently above state averages.
Primary-age children living in Vista Ridge can go to
nearby Erie Elementary. A second elementary school, Canyon Creek Elementary, is scheduled
to be completed by August 2005. A site for an elementary school in Vista Ridge has already
been set aside adjacent to the neighborhood park. The opening of this school will be
determined by the school district.
Middle and high school children living in Vista Ridge can attend Erie Middle/Senior High
School just across the street from Erie Elementary, with a new state-of-the-art high
school planned to be completed in time for the 2005-2006 school year
Community Center
Remove boredom from your vocabulary. Because when
you live in Vista Ridge Golf Course Community, you'll not only have golf, but all the
amenities of the Community Center nearby. This is where people from every Vista Ridge
neighborhood come to meet, play, work out and relax. The 7,300-square-foot Community
Center will house party and meeting rooms, as well as an exercise facility and men's and
women's showers. Just outside, you'll find a swimming pool, lap pool, spa, tennis courts,
a sand volleyball court, children's playground and a barbecue area. It's like taking a
vacation that never ends.
